Snakes...(sorry I’m late)

Hey everyone! I know this email is coming late and I'm sorry about that! I was super busy doing things today! I'm so grateful for being on a mission I truly will just put it at that, this week has been probably the hardest week of my mission for sure! There has been lots of good things that have happened and blessings but it seems like a pit right now! Elder Larson and I are trying to figure out how to overcome these challenges! But... one thing I was able to do was find that one great blessing and the things that made me happy everyday throughout this hard week! We were able to do service for a couple people! We met this lady Jill and we went over to her house again! She is super nice and we had a great time with her and her kids and we also found two snakes so that was crazy haha! But we taught her part of the first lesson and second! We ended with giving her a Book of Mormon! Who knows if she is open to it but we are going over tomorrow for more service and to talk a little more! We have been really pushing to make missionary work huge in our wards weve set up ward mission plans in both wards then family mission plans for each family! We had President Harris and the Stake President come to our stake and they spoke to everyone about how important it is! During my interview with President he had council for me to help make everything more meaningful and to change how we did correlation things and to get more involved with the youth and set goals for every group in the wards to have one baptism in the next 4 months! So he wants me to implement and teach about the talk "Ask in Faith" - Elder David A. Bednar

This talk is amazing!! If you haven't read it, YOU NEED TO READ IT NOW!! also friends! Go help your missionaries! Ask about a family mission plan, be bold and try to invite friends to hear their message and tell them that you see their divine potential love them like Christ would! We are here on the home stretch! We need to be bold! If they truly are our friends they would be happy that wed share the joy in our lives with them even if they decline politely! The least we can do is ask and try to bring someone with us on the covenant path back to our Heavenly Father!!

We had a dinner almost everynight this week! We were able to follow up on mission plans and talk about the work and miracles weve seen! This is the most missionary minded stake I've seen!! Super happy to be here in the Pilgrim Mill and Chestatee wards! We had a fantastic District Council on Thursday! Weve really become closer as a district and have been trying to help each other out the best we possibly can! We have set goals for planning, teaching, and finding so that we can improve our key indicators and key activities! I felt the need to implement Role Plays! I feel like that is something we should do so the goal is 3 a week in your companionship then we will have them in DC and to try and do them with the youth or people in your ward! Super important to role play and leanr what to say and maybe be a little more comfy with that!! Especially those who are not misisoanires who have said that's the biggest struggle!! We had a 24 hour exchange with the ZL and it went really well!! They taught me some really good things on how to be even more effective and some guidance for our companionship! We ended up painting Lori's  (a lady we met over Facebook) whole house!! So we are doing that tomorrow as well!

We found a new way to Facebook find that is really gonna kick off this week! I will let you know next week what that is! I think itll be super effective! We also had the chance to go to Sandy's the lady in chestatee ward that's so fun! She loves the scriptures and is a convert about 5 years ago she is roughly in her 60's and shes lonely so we love being over there!! We also went over to be with the Schrimsher family again! They are amazing and honestly I think there is a chance to maybe start teaching the lessons again! They have been friends with missionaries for years and years now so we will see! We also have 2 part member families that we are gonna go teach with Bishop Goulding this week with the sisters as well, we feel like this is what we should do, pray for us and for them to be open go listening and to be able to feel the spirit because they are both very logical and metaphorical! I know this week was not the best and it had very very many lows that maybe I didnt explain but..
I know this upcoming week will be different if I change my attitude and I just work and strive to be obedient! I read these talks,it was in district council, but it hit me even harder I want yall to go find and read them
