Elder Nathan Wold’s mission in Atlanta, Georgia North Mission: Character of Christ

HELLO FRIENDS AND FAMILY!!

Please forgive me for not writing the past 3 weeks! It's been super duper busy!! IM GRATEFUL!! AHHH I've been at aww of the magnificent creations our Heavenly Father has created this wonderful earth and these wonderful people! Our Father is truly Perfect! He Loves each of us so much and so individually! I have such a strong testimony of God's plan and His Will (Divine Design) emphasis because of this week haha.

QUICK UPDATES/MIRACLES!!

- I gave a blessing of Healing in Spanish!! IT WAS SUCH A REMARKABLE EXPERIENCE!! My Spanish is awful but it was awesome being able to be apart of it. Even with a language barrier the Spirit is so powerful and touching!

- Zachary Lemons got baptized!! It was such a tender and special experience! The Spirit was so strong with this beautiful angel! Zachary has Special Needs and I was able to really connect with him and His family!

- Laqoun's Family, Antwan & Marcie, and The Morrow Family! These families are spectacular! Laqouns family consists of probably about 3 families actually and there is like 10 of them. We are teaching the mom and the 2 young boys and their older sister. Alton, Laqoun, and Frederica came to church on Sunday and they brought 3 other friends haha we invited them in our last lesson to bring friends. They are cute little missionaries with us. Then Antwan and Marice have been coming to church with their 2 little ones Messiah and Ari! They are crazy but so fun. Antwan and Marcie are working toward Baptism and we also are working on a date for their marriage civilly then also for the Temple! They are remarkable. The Morrow Family!!

☆Peronica☆ I love Peronica with all my heart! She is soo special to me. Her and I click very well! She is so close to being baptized! She just needs more friends and struggles with one thing. We are setting a date for March. Antwan wants to be baptized in March and so do the kids in Laqouns family. I'm so grateful for the chance to have become friends with these wonderful Brothers and Sisters I have.

Honestly I can think of many things from the past 3 weeks haha

I can think of the wonderful sacred experience and tender mercies though. I had a really rough day on the day of Zone conference last week on Tuesday. O was sick and struggling with something that just hurt my heart. I was able to talk with President Harris!! I love that man! I found myself understanding more of our Savior's Atonement and the Power of Strength we can receive! I found myself in a place where it was time to shift gears. I have felt alittle burnt out and tired. I'm happy I caught myself early on. I ask our Father for forgiveness and for having so many shortcomings and mistakes! I covenanted with Him to not stop or slow down. I'm grateful for that promptings and help. This is the time to Recieve the Gift of The Character of Christ (Turning outward) rather then heeding to the Natural Man. We need to turn out in all things (that's the character of Christ) I've been pondering anf reflecting alot on that and Spiritual Impressions/Revelation.

As I was reading my Patriarchal Blessing yesterday it was so evident to me of the changes I need to make to become a Higher and Holier Refined Instrument in the Lord's Hands. I'm grateful for Loving Correction from our Heavenly Father. When He cuts us down its because He wants us to become who He knows we can become and who He NEEDS US TO BECOME. The Law of Consecration kept coming to my mind! Consecration is pretty much giving of your whole self to Lord and aligning your Will with His. It's a lot about putting things on the Altar of Sacrifice and becoming greater and more like the Savior! I challenge each of you to reflect on what you can put on the alter of sacrifice to be more Heavenly.

I know that Heavenly Father loves me! I know that He loves you. I know that Jesus is the Christ, He is our Savior and Redeemer! I know with all my heart that The Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ. I know that it contains The Eternal Truths and Gospel needed for Exaltation. I know that Joseph Smith was Called by God to be a Prophet to Restore His church. I know that we have modern day Prophets and Apostles that do hold the keys of the kingdom and that do receive Revelation for us. I know that we can pray to Our Father above and ask for help, guidance, love, and correction. I know that we are each in our individual families because God knew we needed each other in this life. I know that the Holy Ghost manifest Truth unto us and truly and remarkably does bring things to our rememberance from before we lived on this earth. I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, is the only true and living Church on the earth today! I know it really is the Lord's kingdom being built up upon the earth preparatory to the 2nd coming of our Messiah!

I know these things because I have gained a witness and a knowledge of them. I have felt the Spirit encompass my whole body. I have had Spiritual experience and Spiritual Confirmations! Ultimately I have asked my Father in Heaven. He Always Answers. It's just in His time and His Will! Align yourself with Him and you'll be exactly where and who He needs you to be in this life and in the Life to come. I am a witness of His Son, Our Savior Jesus Christ! I know Him and Love Him! I invite yall to come to know Him and to become personally Converted unto the Lord! I say these things humbly in the name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!!

CHRIST IS RISEN. FAITH IN HIM WILL.MOVE MOUNTAINS!
